A song from my childhood. I think there are two that truly stand out from my childhood in the 80′s. The first is this one. I remember my next door neighbor and I making a dance to this song. For some weird reason I remember just bits and pieces of it. I just want to stand up and start dancing the parts I remember when I hear it.

The second song I can remember playing the purple record, yes I said record, on the record player. I wonder at least once a year what happened to that record. It was just the single. I would play it over and over. I wonder if my mom hid it from me cuz she got sick of hearing it.

A song that I wish I could play. For as long as I can remember I have loved this song. I think part of that obssesion is because it has my middle name in it. It always seems to calm me down and helps me think. Also I can remember my BFF playing this on her orange piano wishing that I could learn. I think at one point I begged her to teach me. I don’t think it went well at all. I seem to have two left hands when it comes to the piano.

A song that I can play on an instrument. Okay I USED to be able to play this on my clarinet many years ago. I don’t think I could even play Mary had a little lamb now. Though my daughter could. I just wish I could find all my old sheet music. I think it vanished in the last move.

A song from a band I hate. I think that one is easy. Even when Britney was popular I couldn’t stand her. The radio will always get changed if anything by her comes one. This one just puts the icing on the cake!
